Arzoo Binta Arman

Arzoo Binta Arman, a dedicated environmental researcher, currently serves as a Research Officer at the Coastal Livelihood and Environmental Action Network (CLEAN), where she has demonstrated rapid professional growth. Having started her tenure as a Research Intern, she was promoted to her current role and has now accumulated over a year of experience within the organization. A recipient of the prestigious National Science and Technology (NST) Fellowship, she is actively engaged in advanced research while pursuing her M.Sc. in Environmental Science at Khulna University. She has also made significant contributions to national energy discourse, notably presenting on infrastructure and policy at the 3rd Bangladesh Energy Conference 2025.


Arzoo’s professional strength lies in her rigorous approach to data interpretation and statistical analysis, which forms the foundation of her evidence-based reporting. She specializes in data screening, cleaning, and the future projection of the energy sector, utilizing quantitative methods to model transition scenarios and assess long-term environmental impacts. Her technical proficiency extends to Remote Sensing and GIS, allowing her to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for sustainable development. Through her work, Arzoo is committed to driving data-driven decision-making and fostering a strategic understanding of Bangladesh's evolving energy landscape.
